By downloading, installing, or using the Tuneit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tuneit, Nepal ("we," "us," or "our").
Tuneit is a multi-instrument tuning application that provides:
Additional features may be added to the App in the future. The App is designed to work primarily offline, with optional online features for subscription users.
The App is available for use by individuals aged 13 and older worldwide. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the App or subscribing to paid services.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium) with different features and pricing. The Basic plan is free with limitations, while paid plans provide enhanced functionality.
All subscription payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Billing occurs automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
Purchases made through our checkout are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Tuneit and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the App are the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuneit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of business.
While the App is designed to work offline, some features may require internet connectivity. We do not guarantee constant availability of online services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
You may discontinue use of the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Nepal, as applicable.
